Job Description Brief :

We are seeking a highly qualified Commercial Loan Servicing Representative to manage and maintain the accounts of our commercial loan clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all loan activities are properly recorded and processed, managing inquiries regarding loan balances, payments, and account information, and negotiating and restructuring loan terms. They should be able to collect on delinquent accounts, facilitate loan modifications, and ensure optimal customer experience while mitigating risk to the lending institution.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and maintain commercial loan client accounts
• Ensure all loan activities are properly recorded and processed
• Handle inquiries regarding loan balances, payments, and account information
• Negotiate and restructure loan terms
• Collect on delinquent accounts and facilitate loan modifications
• Ensure optimal customer experience while mitigating risk to the lending institution
• Identify and report any potential risks or issues with loan accounts
• Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients

Required Qualifications and Skills :

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in commercial loan servicing or related field
• Strong knowledge of banking and finance regulations and principles
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and loan servicing software
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Understanding of financial reports and statements

Education and Experience Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree in finance, accounting, or related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in commercial loan servicing or related field

• Ability to work in an office environment for extended periods

Work Schedule and Conditions (if applicable) :

Work schedule of weekdays, Monday through Friday, 9 am-5 pm. Occasionally, early morning or late evening work may be required to meet specific project deadlines.
